Craig is responsible for the operational and financial performance of Skyline Retail REIT’s national real estate portfolio, as it relates to asset management. Specifically, Craig manages the performance relative to budget and the successful delivery of property-specific business plans within the portfolio, seeking to identify opportunities to improve net operating income and overall strategic planning for the REIT.
Craig joined Skyline with more than 18 years of experience across both the Canadian and UK real estate markets, having initially worked in the UK before moving to Canada in 2013. Prior to Skyline, Craig held the position of Director in Morguard REIT’s retail asset management division and was responsible for its national grocery-anchored retail portfolio as well as various enclosed mall and third party-owned assets.
Craig has also held multiple roles at Deloitte: most recently as a Vice President of its Canadian real estate advisory team, and prior thereto, as part of its UK capital markets team focusing on real estate investment opportunities across all asset classes. Previous to Deloitte, Craig worked for CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, in both appraisal and capital markets capacities.
Craig is a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, holding the AACI P.App and MRICS designations respectively for those organizations.
