Excess land on Skyline Retail REIT properties is used to generate incremental income by developing new retail units on-site. This strategy allows the REIT to bring additional tenants to a property that complement its established tenant mix, enhancing the property’s overall value and desirability to customers.

Through these developments, the REIT aims to benefit its investors, tenants, shopping centres, and surrounding communities.
