315 Arthur Street South is a 51,000-square-foot, multi-tenant retail plaza located on the south side of Elmira. The plaza is adjacent to a medium-density residential area.

In 2022, Skyline Retail REIT completed a 13,200-square-foot addition to the property which is now occupied by PetValu and Rexall Pharmacy. The Rexall Pharmacy features a 112.7 kW DC/90 kW AC solar energy-producing rooftop system and is the first solar-equipped asset in the REIT’s portfolio. The property also features two EV charging stations.
