Skyline Retail REIT Acquires First Property in Windsor, Ontario

On Tuesday, June 17th, 2014, Skyline Retail REIT purchased a retail plaza at 4115 Walker Road in Windsor, ON. The 111,712 square foot plaza boasts popular name-brand stores and services such as TD Canada Trust, Future Shop, Dollarama, Winners and Bouclair. The total purchase price for the plaza was $29 million. This acquisition is Skyline Retail REIT’s first in the city of Windsor.
