Skyline Retail REIT Acquires Its First Property in Listowel, Ontario

On Friday, July 31st, 2015, the Skyline Retail REIT acquired its first property in the town of Listowel, ON. The property at 210 Wallace Avenue North was purchased for $6.35M and includes 13,514 square feet of commercial space, with Shoppers Drug Mart as the tenant.

Listowel is the Skyline Retail REIT’s 30th Ontario community. The Retail REIT currently comprises 43 properties across these communities, with over 1.2 million square feet of commercial space.
