On Friday, September 18th, 2015, the Skyline Retail REIT purchased its second property in Windsor, ON, at 4140-4150 Walker Road. The property’s anchor tenants are Dollar Tree and Canadian Tire. The property was purchased for $8.4 million and has 21,916 square feet of retail commercial space.
On Monday, September 21st, 2015, the Skyline Retail REIT entered the town of Dryden, ON with the purchase of 620 Government Street. The property, whose anchor tenant is Wal-Mart, was purchased for $10.25 million and has 85,493 square feet of retail commercial space.
The Skyline Retail REIT currently comprises 45 properties in 31 communities across Ontario, with 1.3 million square feet of commercial space.
