Skyline Retail REIT Purchases First Property in Sarnia, Ontario

On Thursday, December 10th, 2015, the Skyline Retail REIT entered its 34th community: the city of Sarnia, ON. The Retail REIT acquired a 21,802 square foot property at 1378-1386 Exmouth Street, with Best Buy and A&W serving as anchor tenants. The property was purchased for $5.52 million.

Post-acquisition, the Skyline Retail REIT comprises 48 properties in 34 communities across Ontario, with over 1.44 million square feet of retail space.
