Skyline Retail REIT Purchases Second Property in Port Elgin, Ontario

On Wednesday, April 13th, 2015, the Skyline Retail REIT purchased its second property in the town of Port Elgin, ON. The property at 260 Goderich Street features a Dollar Tree, Harvey’s, Swiss Chalet, and a children’s play centre. The property comprises 14,725 square feet of retail commercial space, and had a total purchase price of $3.1 million.

The Skyline Retail REIT currently comprises 42 properties in 29 cities across Ontario, with 1,206,880 square feet of commercial space.
