Skyline Retail REIT Acquires 2nd Property in Sudbury, Ontario

On September 7th, 2016, the Skyline Retail REIT purchased a 21,820 square foot property in Hanmer (Sudbury), Ontario. The property at 5118 Highway 69 North is the second property Skyline Retail REIT owns in Sudbury, and has McDonald’s and Shoppers Drug Mart as anchor tenants. The property was purchased for $8 million.

Post-acquisition, the Skyline Retail REIT comprises 52 properties in 36 Ontario communities, with more than 1.7 million square feet of retail commercial space.
