On Wednesday, February 3rd, 2016, the Skyline Retail REIT acquired two new properties in two new Ontario communities.
315 Arthur Street South, Elmira, ON was purchased for $10.9M and has 51,472 square feet of commercial space. Its tenants include Foodland, Harveys/Swiss Chalet, Pita Pit, Pet Valu and Dollarama.
71 Main Street South, Bayfield, ON was purchased for $5.5M and has 20,008 square feet of commercial space, with Foodland and LCBO as anchor tenants.
Skyline Retail REIT currently comprises 50 properties in 36 communities across Ontario, with over 80 individual tenants and 1,513,221 square feet of retail commercial space.
