Skyline Retail REIT Purchases Third Property in Windsor, Ontario

On Friday, September 30, 2016, Skyline Retail REIT purchased its third retail property in the city of Windsor, ON. The property at 500 Tecumseh Road East was purchased for $9.8 million and has 20,860 square feet of retail commercial space. Its tenant is Shoppers Drug Mart.

Post-acquisition, the Skyline Retail REIT comprises 54 properties in 36 cities across Ontario, with more than 1.7 million square feet of retail commercial space.
