Skyline Retail REIT Acquires 4th Windsor, Ontario Property

On September 11, 2017, the Skyline Retail REIT added a fourth property to its portfolio in Windsor, ON. The property at 3840 Howard Avenue was purchased for $6.8M and has 16,240 square feet of retail space, with Rexall PharmaPlus as an anchor tenant.

Post-acquisition, the Skyline Retail REIT comprises 66 properties in 45 communities across Ontario and Quebec, with more than 2.1M square feet of retail space.
