On Thursday, October 26th, 2017, the Skyline Retail REIT purchased its first property in the community of St-Joseph-de-Beauce, QC (located south-east of Quebec City). The retail property at 1021 Palais Avenue consists of 49,628 feet of retail space, and has IGA (Sobeys) as its anchor tenant. The property was purchased for $6.1M.
