The property at 325 Greber Boulevard was purchased for $21M, and comprises 73,413 square feet of retail space, with Uniprix (a Quebec pharmacy chain) and Laurentian Bank as anchor tenants. Both the Skyline Apartment REIT and Skyline Retail REIT now have an established presence in Gatineau; the Apartment REIT currently owns 3 properties with 969 suites in the city.
