Skyline Retail REIT Purchases Second Property in Quinte West, Ontario

On Wednesday April 5th, 2017, the Skyline Retail REIT purchased its second property in the city of Quinte West (formerly Trenton), ON. 107 Dundas Street East was purchased for $4.89M, and has 12,858 square feet of retail space. The anchor tenant of the property is Rexall PharmaPlus.
Post-acquisition, the Skyline Retail REIT comprises 64 properties in 42 communities across Ontario and Quebec, with more than 1.9M square feet of retail space.
