Skyline Retail REIT has entered the province of Newfoundland and Labrador with a retail plaza purchase in the town of Paradise, within the St. John’s metropolitan area.
On November 28, 2025, the REIT purchased 1641 Topsail Road, a dominant, grocery-anchored retail plaza within central Paradise. The property is 100% leased to 10 tenants. Construction of a new No Frills grocery store is currently underway, with the opening anticipated for September 2026.
