On September 13, 2022, Skyline Retail REIT purchased a recently built shopping centre located at 1395-1467 Michele-Bohec Boulevard in Blainville, Quebec. This retail centre totals 162,243 square feet and is 96.3% leased. It is comprised of a strong tenant mix that includes both regional and national retailers; some notable tenants include Rona, SAQ,and National Bank. It is shadow anchored by Walmart.

Centres POD 28’ Retail marketplace is strategically located along Highway 15, in Blainville, which is just north of the City of Montreal, Quebec. This popular shopping centre provides essential amenities to both local residents and passing visitors.
Post-acquisition, Skyline Retail REIT comprises 117 properties in 71 communities in 5 provinces across Canada, with a total of 5,431,918 square feet of retail space.
